Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a general guide, as delays can sometimes occur that are outside of our control.
Currently we don’t ship worldwide, but we do ship throughout the whole of EU! Please note that the shipping costs to each country vary. The cost will be shown at checkout upon selection. VAT and import duties in your country are at your own expense. Please check with the customs office in the destination country to determine what these additional costs will be before proceeding with purchase.
Return Policy
We do our best to ensure product satisfaction and recommend new customers to familiarize themselves with the ingredients and purpose of the product before committing to purchase. However, if for any reason you change your mind on your purchase, we accept returns for unused and unopened products, notifying Ambrae within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business and upholding the highest hygiene standards, we cannot provide refunds for used or opened products.
To request a return, please register your return here and follow the steps in our return process.
As soon as we have received the item(s), the item(s) will go through a quality control check.
Once the return has been accepted, all succesfully returned items will be credited to the payment card used to originally purchase the item(s). The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund has been initiated.
If items are damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately to discuss a replacement or exchange at hello@ambrae.skincare.
Unfortunately items purchased on sale are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
